Branding

Clara Schumann and Johannes Brahms were passionate about good music and food, as well as a shared love of Rügen. With this in mind the old train station in Binz has been transformed to serve as a brasserie as well as a cultural venue for the people of Rügen and seasonal visitors.

For the branding it was important to keep a natural and rustic element to reflect the location as well as the cuisine that is being created there
